On July 29 after 10 p.m. someone vandalized the Dillon County Library’s squad car and the mailbox.
Tony Caulder, Dillon County Maintenance, discovered the destruction while making his morning rounds about 8:09 a.m. He immediately called Library Director Yolanda McCormick, after which time, he called the police. The City of Dillon Police responded.
The library is located at 600 East Main Street, Dillon. Anyone with any information is asked to call the City of Dillon Police Department at 774-0051.
