First Bank recently named Glenn Greene Business Development Officer for the Latta and Dillon markets. Greene has over 29 years of experience in the banking industry.
Greene graduated from Pee Dee Academy in 1982. He also attended Wofford College and earned a degree in Business Economics. Greene began his banking career at Latta Bank & Trust. He also worked at SunTrust Bank of Dillon County and Carolina Community Bank, which was purchased by First Bank. “We are excited for Glenn in his new role as Business Development Officer,” said First Bank Executive Vice President John Long. “Glenn grew up in this area and we know he will do a great job for our customers here.”
Greene is also very involved in the community. He is current Vice Chairman of the Pee Dee Regional Airport Authority, the President of Latta School Education Foundation, and an Eagle Scout. Glenn currently resides in Latta with his wife Beth, and children Rachel and Jessica Brown. They attend Latta United Methodist Church in Latta.
