Dillon’s junior varsity Lady Wildcats split a double-header with Latta’s junior varsity Lady Vikings on Monday, April 6, in Latta.

In game one, Dillon held a 4-0 lead through the first two innings but Latta got on the board with three runs in the bottom of the third. The Lady Wildcats added a run in the top of the fourth, but the Vikings picked up six runs in the last two innings for a 9-5 win.

In game two, the Wildcats and Vikings were tied up, sending the game into an extra inning where Dillon earned a 5-4 win over Latta.

The JV Wildcats were scheduled to be at Aynor on Wednesday and will be at home to host Pee Dee Academy on Monday, April 13, at 5:00 p.m. Dillon will wrap up their regular season on Saturday, April 18, at the Lugoff-Elgin Tournament.
