Dear Dillon Herald Editor,
I wanted to say thank you to the Latta Town Workers, who on December 24th, 2014 went out in dreadful weather conditions to restore our water.
To be without water on Christmas Eve and possibly Christmas too was not a pleasant situation. Some may say, “Well that is their job,” but I want to say that it meant a ton to me to see them take their job seriously and get on top of the problem immediately.
With out-of-town company and lots of cooking to be done, the restoration of our water was truly a wonderful Christmas gift.
They may never know just how much it meant to us, but I wanted them to be commended and thanked for a job well-done!
With thankful heart,
Elizabeth Alderman

Thanks Latta Town Workers
