Services for Mary Lou Cook were held Saturday at 4:00 p.m. in Pyerian Baptist Church with burial in the Church Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.  
Visitation was  2 – 4 p.m.  prior to the service
Mrs. Cook, 69, died Wednesday in McLeod Regional Medical Center.
Born in Dillon County, December 16, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Clifton Wade Bethea and Marguerite Elizabeth Rogers Bethea and was a member of Pyerian Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Rembert Cook, Jr.; daughter, Rita (Ricky) Cox of Dillon; son, Bert (Simona) Cook of Dillon; sisters, Betty Jo (Jack) Cook of Dillon and Barbara Jean (Charles) Moody of Columbia; Grandchildren, Kristin (Cody) Alexander of Florence and Silvan Cook of Dillon; great grandchildren, Atlas and Ezra Alexander.
