On Sunday, September 28, 2014 at approximately 2:00 a.m., officers with Dillon County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary at the Ready Mart Convenience Store on Highway 9 East- Dillon.
According to an incident report by Deputy Danielle Williams, officers arrived on the scene to find the front of the business damaged.
During the investigation it was determined that a burglary of the business had occurred and Brian Keith Colvin was identified as the person responsible for the burglary and has been arrested and charged with burglary and malicious injury to property.
Officers who responded to the call or assisted were Danielle Williams, Zane Bryant, Glenn Coates, Ricky Day,Constable Donnie Grimsley and Investigator Reggie Thompson.
Brian Keith Colvin is also charged in a separate incident with grand larceny for stealing a vehicle.
