The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office is investigating various robberies that have occurred in the area, according to Captain Cliff Arnette of the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office.
On Monday, September 22, an armed suspect approached a customer at the Kangaroo Convenience Store on Highway 38 in Latta and demanded money from the victim, according to an incident report by Deputy Jimmy Jackson.
On Wednesday, September 24 at approximately 2:20 p.m., an armed suspect entered Roger’s Convenience Store on Oakland Road and demanded the money from the store clerk, according to an incident report by Sgt. Tim George. The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by Dillon Police Department on this case.
On Thursday, September 25, at approximately 12:50 a.m., an armed suspect entered Lil Bill’s Convenience Store in Riverdale and demanded the money from the store clerk according to a report by Sgt. Chaddie Hayes.
