The Dillon Historic School Foundation September meeting was called to order by Chairperson Gerald Berry at 7:00 p.m. at the Dillon
After routine secretary and treasury reports, the group focused on special reports, including progress update on the completion of the 501©(3) application package to the IRS, by Mary Miller, the Historic Marker Information Packet by Betty Lou Barclay, and the Beneficiary Information from the South Carolina Secretary of State presented by Gerald Berry in the absence of Lorene Arnette.

County Chamber of Commerce Conference Room.
 After a brief presentation of the Topic of the Month, “How to Succeed in Business” by Chairperson Berry, the group received committee reports from Mary Miller, NaTalia McLeod, Jimmy Humphrey, and Betty Lou Barclay.
Mr. Berry reminded members the next meeting will be Tuesday, October 7th, at 7:00 p.m. at the Chamber Offices on Main Street.
New members and visitors are welcome and encouraged to attend.
