The Pee Dee Chapter of the South Carolina Junior Golf Association made the last stop of the Hootie & the Blowfish Summer Tour on Thursday, July 24, at the Lake City Country Club.

Lake View’s Ashley Rogers lead the Girls 14-18 division with an 81 and Kiana Baker shot a 103 for second. In the Girls 8-10, Camila Burnett shot a 33 to lead, with Cayleigh Goff shooting a 53 and Dillon’s Brenna Miller earning a 58 for third place.

In the Boys 15-18, Christian Owens led the field with a 74, followed by Harrison Breeden with a 76. Luke Freeman and Justin Muller each shot a 79 to tie for third, and Wilson Josey shot an 84 for fifth. Michael Rials scored an 85; Mac Gandy, 86; Justin Matthews, 88; James Kent McDaniel, 89; Zack Tanner, 90; Austin Eaddy, 91; and Zachary Owens, 92.

In the 13-14 division, Rylee Goff shot an 83 for first place and Stone Godbold shot an 87 for second. Cameron Mills earned a 95; Cody Collier, 110; Brock Patterson, 114; Luke Parrott, 121; and John Matthews, 135.

In the Boys 10-12, Gene Zeigler shot a 38 for first and Lake View’s Dylan Rogers shot a 41 for second place. James Potter finished third with a 45; William Phipps, 47; Pake June, 49; Nathan Collier, 50; Michael Hobbs, 51; Arthur Siegal, 53; Austin Greer, 53; and Lane Josey, 57.

In the 8-9, Tristen McKay shot a 37 to lead the division, with Jay Smith earning a 42, Thomas Davis shooting a 50, and Jonah Willson finishing with a 51.

The Pee Dee Chapter will begin the Tour Championship today at Florence Country Club. The championship will continue on Friday at the Country Club of South Carolina.

Heading into the championship tournament, Ashley Rogers leads the girls 14-18 division with 150 points, while Brenna Miller is third in the 8-10 with 117 points.

In the boys divisions, Dylan Rogers is third with 90.5 points in seven events in the 10-12, while Dillon’s Ryan Stephens is sixth with 47 points in four events in the 13–14. Dillon’s Jim Carr only completed three events this summer for 30 points in the Boys 15-18. Tristen McKay is second in the 8–9 with 155 points.

The top two players in each age group will be invited to the Tommy Cuthbert South All Stars Championship at Ocean Winds Golf Course on Seabrook Island, SC. The All Stars Championship tournament will be held on Saturday, August 23, and Sunday, August 24.
