Lake View earned a 3-2 win over Marion recently, but fell 2-1 to Marion last week in American Legion baseball.

On June 13, Lake View earned the 3-2 win with Duane Nichols getting two hits and one RBI. Peyton Cox pitched 6.6 innings and struck out four, and Brent Herlong earned the save on the mound.

Nick Collins had two hits and one RBI to lead Marion.

On Wednesday, June 18, Marion earned a 2-1 win over Lake View. Will Fowler earned the walk-off win for Marion in the bottom of the seventh inning. Trent Rogers was 2-for-3.
