During this time of year, there is a lot to be thankful for and, as a result, we want to share a couple of important items with you.
As the Thanksgiving holiday approaches, we also want your help in fulfilling our vision of a safer Dillon County.
The following are a few safety tips for this holiday season:
· Stay in the kitchen when you are cooking, and keep children and pets out.
· Check your smoke alarms.
· Be careful what you feed pets – no raw turkey or bread dough. Also, be careful with herbs, oils and resins.
· Remember December is the peak time of year for home candle fires.
Wishing you and yours a Safe and Happy Holiday Season.
