Dillon County Detention Center officer, Tirrell Devon Abraham, has been charged with two counts of misconduct/misconduct in office, malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance and two counts of sex/first degree sexual misconduct with the inmate of a correctional facility.
According to the warrants, the first incident occurred on April 22, 2013 with an inmate. The warrant states that while working in his capacity as a corrections officer that he has sexual intercourse with an inmate at the Dillon County Detention Center.
The second incident was on September 11, 2013 with another inmate. The warrant states that while working in his capacity as a corrections officer that he has sexual intercourse with an inmate at the Dillon County Detention Center.
The warrants state that the incidents were investigated by SLED (State Law Enforcement Division) and that probable cause is based on the statements from the victims.
