Peanut Butter Pie
1 pie crust
3 eggs
1 cup dark Karo syrup
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup salted peanuts
Chill pie crust. Beat eggs, then add Karo syrup, sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla. Beat until smooth, then stir in peanuts. Pour into chilled pie shell and bake 15 minutes in oven that has been preheated to 400 degrees. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
