Services for Cleo Horne, Jr. were held 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Dillon Congregational Holiness Church with burial in Evergreen Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.  Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Mr. Horne, 78, died Wednesday, September 25, 2013 at McLeod Regional Medical Center in Florence.
Born in Dillon County, SC, January 12, 1935, he was the son of the late Cleo Horne, Sr. and Carrie Herring Grimsley.  He was a member of the Dillon Congregational Holiness Church.
Survivors include his son, Ronnie Turner of Dillon; sister, Effie Williamson of Dillon; brothers, Ed Horne, and Bobby Horne, both of Dillon, and Marshall Horne of Texas; half-sisters, Judy McDaniel of Mullins and Carolyn Small of Darlington; half-brother, Jimmy Ray Grimsley of Dillon.
Mr. Horne was preceded in death by his sister, Betty Williamson; and his half-brother, Russell Grimsley.
