Dillon Mayor Todd Davis said there is a pack of dogs causing a big problem right now. He said the dogs killed every cat in a six block area including his own. He said he has a fear that they could attack a child, for example, a child on a bike who may try to flee from a pack of dogs. He said that if citizens see a pack of dogs, they should call 9-1-1 for assistance.
