Services for Ernest Williams will be held 4:00 p.m. Thursday at Shiloh Chapel Church with burial in the church cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.  Visitation was held 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Mr. Williams, 69, died Monday, September 9, 2013 at MUSC in Charleston.
Born in Marion County, SC, February 2, 1944, he was the son of the late Frank Williams and Bessie Rogers Williams.
He was a member of Shiloh Chapel Church where he was a Sunday School Teacher, and a member of the Lower Pee Dee Hunting Club.  He retired from Pepsi-Cola after 33 years of service, was the owner and operator of Williams Store in Sellers, and was a U.S. Army Veteran.
Survivors include his wife, Carol Williams of Sellers; son, Clay (Beth) Williams of Temperance Hill; daughter, Susan (Steve) Boileau of Latta; 4 grandchildren, Andrew & Phillip Williams, Colby & Maggie Boileau; brothers, Eugene (Mary) Williams of Oak Grove, and John Elbert (Kathy) Williams of Florence; sister, Gail (Gerald) Lane of Dillon.
Mr. Williams was preceded in death by his brothers, Billy & Robert Williams.
