Joe Williams has been named “Man of the Year” for 2013 by True Faith Deliverance Temple. Williams is well known for his work with young people in the area and for his annual Hallowe’en party which is held annually in the Riverdale Community. Williams is an active member of The Committee of Concerned Citizens Inc. No. 1. Over the years, he has strived to help all people advance in life.
