Services for Herbert Oxendine will be held 3:00 p.m. Tuesday at Pentecostal Holiness Church with burial in Pee Dee Church Cemetery directed by Cooper Funeral Home.
Born in Dillon County, SC, November 29, 1955, he was the son of the late Nosroe Oxendine and Kathleen Barton Oxendine.
Survivors include his children, Fawn Bailey of Lake View, Diana (Clyde) Richardson of Marion, Hannah Oxendine and Hallie Oxendine, both of Summerville; granddaughter, Jessica Baxley of Latta; sisters and brothers, Sarah Catherine Satterfield of Tennessee, Eugene Oxendine, Neffis Oxendine, and Annie Sue Oxendine, all of Dillon, Alice Feagin of Lake View, Ellen Oxendine and Nosroe Oxendine, both of Dillon, and Antonio Oxendine of Latta.
