Artie Quick, Dillon history teacher, spoke at a recent meeting of the Descendants of Confederate Veterans at Takis Restaurant in Darlington.
Quick’s presentation was on the use of artillery in the war years of 1861-1865. The attendees were very impressed with his presentation as they ask him many questions. The DCV highly recommends Artie Quick to speak before your organization on many historical subjects.
The Descendants of Confederate Veterans is an ancestral, fraternal, and heritage organization. For further information email; dcvsc@ aim.com.
