The Latta 11-12 Boys All-Stars won the district title on Wednesday night and are now headed for the state championship.

The team won 10-0 over McLeod Park in 4 1/2 innings on the 10-run rule.

McLeod Carmichael pitched a one hitter with Michael Hayes of McLeod Park getting the hit.

Dylan Brewer had a three run homer in the fourth inning as did Nate Lee, and Payton Jackson also hit a homer in the second inning.

Latta has four teams going to state this year.
