To the Editor:
I would like to thank our Latta Recreation Department for sponsoring Holiday at Heritage Park in Latta throughout the month of December.  This was a great event for all, especially the children who had the opportunity to meet Santa.
Also, there are many others who deserve a thankful note for the success of this event—our Municipal Judge, our Chief of Police and her Department, our Public Works Director and his staff along with other Town employees who helped.  I would like to express thanks also to the churches, civic clubs, and businesses throughout the county who were involved with the displays and special performances during this time.  This is a great example of what can be accomplished when we work together as a community and county.
Thank you again for all that you did to make this a success for the Latta  Community.
