You know I love an easy recipe with few ingredients. And you may also know I am a fan of crockpot cooking. So this easy recipe is right up my alley. Kate found it online and has been serving it up at Clemson.

Hawaiian Barbecued Chicken
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can pineapple chunks, drained
1 bottle BBQ sauce (of choice)

Place chicken in slow cooker, pour sauce over chicken and top with drained pineapple. Cook on high 2-3 hours or on low 4-6 hours.
