Dillon County Councilman Aron Gandy was honored for  his 12 years of loyal and faithful service to Dillon County Council at the council’s meeting on Wednesday. He was presented a plaque in recognition of his service by Councilman Joe Johnson on behalf of the council. Gandy said it has been an honor and privilege to serve, and he will miss it.
