This is a recipe that Kate found online. She makes it often – must be easy if a college student does that.
Chicken Parmesan
4-5 boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
1/4 cup flour
1 egg, beaten
1 cup Italian style panko bread crumbs
1/4 shredded (or grated) Parmesan cheese
Dredge chicken tenders in flour, then dip in beaten egg and coat with the bread crumbs combined with the cheese. Place on a greased baking sheet and place in oven pre-heated to 375 degrees to cook for 20 minutes. May serve plain or over noodles with spaghetti sauce or pasta sauce.
