Patty Griffey, chef and co-owner of The Dining Room at Abingdon Manor, is one of six featured chefs in the South Carolina Official Vacation Guide.
The article called “Order Up!” features celebrated chefs from across the state and their use of local ingredients.
The Dining Room at Abingdon Manor was added to the inn in 2002 by popular demand. She also teaches a cooking school where over 350 people have learned to cook with local ingredients.
