Dillon County Law Enforcement was honored with a luncheon on Tuesday, May 8th by the Kemper Baptist Seniors “Young at Heart” group. The luncheon was held at the Old Kemper Schoolhouse and many from our Dillon County Law Enforcement family attended. The Kemper Baptist Seniors counted it a great honor to be a part of Law Enforcement Week. Many of the Seniors stated that “We often fail to recognize the important role Law Enforcement plays in our daily lives.” The meal was delicious and everyone enjoyed the food and fellowship. Representatives from the Dillon County Sheriffs Office, SC Highway Patrol, Dillon Police Department, DNR and numerous other law enforcement agencies were represented at this special luncheon.
