1. Family/Friend
-Qualifications:
-Resident of Dillon County
The nominee should be a caring & loving person who has helped an individual during their battle with cancer or someone who has made a difference in a family’s life of a cancer patient
2. Professional Caregiver
-Qualifications:
-Resident of Dillon County
The nominee should be a physician, nurse, physicians assistant who cared for a cancer patient or a patient’s loved ones during their cancer journey
Presentations for Caregiver of the Year, both categories, will be made at the Survivor Dinner April 26, 2012 at Mt Calvary Baptist Church.
Note: Judges will reside outside of Dillon County.
