Crockpot Macaroni and Cheese
A favorite recipe of First Bank–Submitted by Jessica Johnson
8 oz. macaroni
1 large can of evaporated milk
3/4 cup of whole milk
Salt
Pepper
2 cups medium sharp grated cheese
2 eggs
1 stick margarine, melted
Cook macaroni and drain. Mix all ingredients together and pour into crockpot. Put one cup grated cheese on top. Cook on high for 30 minutes and then on low for three to four hours.
