Mr. Rex Anthony Jackson died Monday, January 16, 2012, at his home in Hamer, SC after an illness.
Mr. Jackson was born in Marion County, the son of Arthur and Jean Cook Jackson of Lake View, SC. He was a graduate of Francis Marion University and a member of First Baptist Church of Dillon.
The family received friends on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Cooke Funeral Home of Lake View. Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 2:00 pm at First Baptist Church of Lake View and burial will follow at Cooke Funeral Cemetery of Lake View, directed by Cooke Funeral Home. Surviving Mr. Jackson are his parents, Arthur and Jean Jackson of Lake View, a brother, Stacy (Carolyn Ann) Jackson of Lake View, and a sister, Donna Jackson of Greensboro, NC, and three nephews, Seth Jackson, Nathan Jackson, and Cooper Jackson.
