Carolina Family Planning Center held its grand opening in Dillon today (Saturday) at The Hope House located at 310 East Washington Street, Dillon.
Among those participating in the ceremony were Rev. Ricky Rogers, Latta Mayor Nancy Brigman, Rev. Dickie Cullum, Board member Dianne Thompson, Director Tammy Robinson, and Pastor Gary Colbach.
After brief remarks, the ribbon to the new center was cut.
The new center will be open for business beginning Monday, January 23rd. Monday hours are from 4-8 p.m. The center is also open on Thursdays from 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
According to their website, www.carolinafamilyplanning.org, “Carolina Family Planning Centers exist to assist both men and women through unplanned pregnancies, to promote alternatives to abortion, to train in parenting skills, to offer abstinence education, to offer help and hope, and is committed to presenting the Gospel of Jesus Christ in both word and deed.”
