James Abraham has retired after 30+ years of service at Herald Office Solutions.
He began with the company on the ground floor as a delivery man and after much hard work became one of the best outside salesman in the company and the first African-American salesman at HOS.
He is an ordained minister serving as pastor of Thompson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Lumberton. He and his wife, Sarah, have two sons and four grandchildren.
He will be operating the Smart Stop Convenience Store on the Mullins Highway.
His hobbies include playing football and enjoying all children. He loves to meet people.
“I really enjoyed my time at HOS and my fellow workers,” he said.
