In last week’s recipe for Anise Cookies, the recipe should have read 1-1/2 teaspoons anise seeds. The word “teaspoons” was omitted! So sorry.
Here is an easy ice cream topping.
Butterscotch Sauce
5 tablespoons butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1/3 cup cream
Boil 3 to 5 minutes. Serve over ice cream, etc.
