Now for two recipes for sweet treats, both from my sister. Thank you, Judy.

Coffee Kisses
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons instant coffee (dry)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Melt chocolate. Blend in coffee and vanilla. Fold in coconut and drop by teaspoonful onto foil lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate 20 minutes to set. Yields 3 dozen.

Anise Cookies
Stir 1-1/2 anise seeds into one package (17-1/2 oz.) sugar cookie mix. Prepare and bake cookies as directed on package.
