My sister gave me this recipe- another internet find, I think. I haven’t tried it yet, but I plan to soon as I am a fan of grapes.
Roasted Grapes
Gently toss grapes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and thyme. Line a jellyroll pan with parchment paper. Spread grapes in pan.
Cook grapes for 10 minutes at 450 degrees. These will be juicy. Good addition to pork dishes and also salads. And oh so easy!
