I hesitate to call this a recipe, but I have made it a couple of times recently and my crowd has eaten it.
Potatoes and Onions
Potatoes
Onions
Seasoned salt
Margarine
Cheese
Slice potatoes in quarter-inch-thick rounds. Place a layer of potatoes in casserole sprayed with Pam. Top with a layer of thinly sliced onions. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Repeat layers once or twice more. Dot top layer with margarine. Cover and bake at 350 degrees until potatoes are tender-about 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle top with grated cheese. Leave uncovered and return to oven just long enough to melt cheese. Maybe it’s those Methodist onions that make this so tasty!
