Here is yet another slow cooker recipe. This one I made Monday of this week and Keith went back for seconds- yeah!

Crock Pot Roast
4 pound sirloin tip roast (or roast of your choice)
1 cup (or less) flour
1 package brown gravy mix
1 package Lipton onion soup mix
water

Coat roast with flour and place in crockpot. Combine remaining flour with gravy and soup mixes and about 1-1/2 cups water, stirring well. Pour over roast. Rinse bowl out with approximately one more cup of water and pour over roast. Cook 8-10 hours on low. May need to add more water to thin gravy near end of cooking time. I did need to add a little more water-also I used less flour than the cup that was called for. Very good flavor.
