This week’s recipe is an old favorite from my childhood. And it is, of course, easy.
Orange Glazed Pecans
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 teaspoons orange rind
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 cups pecan halves
Mix everything except pecans in a medium pot and bring to a boil. Boil one minute to thicken to syrup consistency. Add pecans and stir to coat well. Spread on waxed paper to dry.
