The Dillon Wildcats took on the Aynor Blue Jackets on Wednesday, February 7, in a make-up match from Tuesday January 11.

First up, the Lady Cats fell to the Lady Blue Jackets 32-24. The Blue Jackets are 9-7 overall this season and 3-5 in the Region after topping Waccamaw on Friday.

With their losses to Marion and Aynor, the Lady Wildcats fall to 5-13 overall and 2-6 in Region 8-2A.

The boys matchup was a closer affair, with the Wildcats emerging victorious, 49-46.

With their loss to Marion on Friday, the Wildcats season record is now 7-11, with a 4-4 record in the region.

Dillon has two more scheduled games in the regular season. They were scheduled to travel to Loris on Monday at 6:00 p.m. before hosting Waccamaw on Wednesday, February 9.

The Loris Lions are 8-12 overall and 3-5 in the region heading into Monday’s game, while the Lady Lions are 6-13 with a 2-6 record.

The Waccamaw Warriors face Marion on Monday, heading into the matchup with a 3-13, 1-7 record. The Lady Warriors are 6-10 and 3-5 in conference play.
