I’ve been tinkering with brown rice recipes and have finally come up with one I really like.  Plus it is easy.  Hope you will like it, too.

Brown Rice
1 cup long grain rice
1 can Beefy Mushroom soup
1 can French Onion soup
1/2 to 1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 to 1 stick margarine
Combine all ingredients and pour into lightly greased casserole dish.  Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.  (I use only 1/2 stick margarine, although most recipes call for more).
