Ordinance #10-12 (Prohibited Signs) was presented for second reading at a recent meeting of the Dillon City Council. This ordinance would not allow signs on the right of ways and would give the City the opportunity to remove those signs. Councilman John Braddy made a motion to pass Ordinance #10-12 on second reading. Councilman Phil Wallace seconded the motion and it passed 5-1., with Councilman Johnny Eller voting against the ordinance.
