Services for Percy Glendale Locklear were held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday at the Dillon Church of God with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery.  Visitation was held 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Cooper Funeral Home.
Mr. Locklear, 64, died Saturday, November 6, 2010 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.
Born in Marlboro County, SC, February 7, 1946, he was the son of the late Percy Locklear and Rosalie Norton Locklear.   He was a member of the Dillon Church of God, was a U. S. Army Veteran having served in Vietnam, and was retired from DuPont. Survivors include his wife of 43 years, Geraldine Lewis Locklear of Hamer; daughter, Amanda Locklear (Kevin) Daniels of Floydale; sisters, Sheila Locklear Ford of Lake View, and Lola Carr of Rockledge, FL; brothers, Michael Locklear of Dillon, and J.T. Campbell of Charleston; 6 grandchildren.
Mr. Locklear was preceded in death by his daughter, Melanie Locklear Bracey.
