The young man, who is listed as the victim in Mayor Pro-Tem Randolph Gurley’s attempted murder charge, was arrested on October 7th for kidnapping, according to the Dillon County Detention Center.
A report by  Dillon County Deputy Dewitt Coleman states that Lee Leonard and another man, who was not arrested at the time of this report, kidnapped a 20-year-old woman from a parking lot at her place of employment. The victim was found at the other man’s house.
According to what the victim told police, Leonard was the driver of the vehicle when the woman was taken.
