French Dip Au Jus Sandwiches
3-4 lbs. of roast beef
1 cup soy sauce
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Swiss cheese slices
Sandwich buns

Place roast (your choice of cuts, chuck works well) in stock pot and pour soy sauce over top. Sprinkle soup mix over roast.
Add just enough water to cover roast. Cover and cook on low 10-12 hours.
Thinly slice or shred roast. Open sandwich buns and plae a slice of cheese on one piece of each bun. Toast just until cheese melts. Sppon beef onto buns and pour juice into small bowls for dipping.

This recipe is easy and delicious as it gets!
