Garlic Cheese Biscuits 2 cups buttermilk baking mix (Bisquick) 2/3 cup milk 1/2 to 1 cup (2-4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 cup margarine, melted 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (or to taste) 1 tablespoon parsley flakes Mix Bisquick, milk and cheese until a soft dough forms; beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes at 450 degrees or until light brown. Mix margarine, garlic powder and parsley and brush over warm biscuits before removing from cookie sheet. Serve warm. Makes 12 biscuits. (Judy suggests adding more garlic powder and using about 3/4 cup cheese).
