This week’s recipe is one my sister found on the internet. She has tried it and says it is good-and easy since you start with a store-bought rotisserie chicken. Judy did leave out the onions. And wouldn’t it be good to add some chopped nuts?
Easy Chicken Salad
Rotisserie chicken (skinned, de-boned & chopped)
Diced celery
Diced apple
Diced onion
Dried cranberries or cherries
Mix of mayonnaise and Miracle Whip
Combine all ingredients with enough mayo and Miracle Whip to combine. Refrigerate and enjoy!
