Cinnamon Graham Apple Crisp
6 Granny Smith apples (2 pounds) thinly sliced
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) cold margarine or butter
10 Honeymaid Lowfat Cinnamon Grahams, coarsely chopped (about 1-1/2 cups)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Combine apples and cinnamon in a 9-inch square baking dish.  Mix flour and sugar in medium bowl, then cut in margarine with pastry blender or two knives until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Stir in chopped grahams; sprinkle over apple mixture.  Cover loosely with foil.  Bake 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
Cool slightly before serving.
